Our clubs were created for any veteran that served from 1957 up to and until now, but that is not a requirement for membership. All veterans are welcome to join. Any group of at least 25 members may form there own club. Clubs are independently ran and controlled by their veteran members. Once a club is formed they may start an auxiliary for their family members. At present we have only one office, in the past we had district offices we are looking to restart district office. In order to start theses offices 25 veteran members in there club and 250 in there district. Members of one club are members of all Modern Day Veterans clubs. As a family based club Modern Day Veterans is fun for everyone. The forming of the family auxiliaries encourages the family members to join. The lives of a veteran and their families is different from that of other families sharing common experiences, helping each other in times of trouble and enjoying each other in common activities. * Chapter 327 asked about the Traveling Vietnam veterans memorial wall and if it was brought here by the VFW or the American Legion.
